Refund Policy

1. Business Nature

Marshal Industry supplies products in bulk commercial quantities to importers, wholesalers, distributors, and retail chains.
This policy applies to B2B export orders only.

 

2. No Refund on Confirmed Orders

Once an order is confirmed and production has started:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Orders cannot be cancelled by the buyer

This is because raw materials and manufacturing capacity are allocated specifically for the buyer’s order.
 

3. Returns & Replacement Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect, and

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment

The buyer must provide:

  • Clear photos and/or videos

  • Supporting description of the issue

  • Quantity affected

If the claim is valid, Marshal Industry will offer:

  • Replacement in next shipment, or

  • Partial credit note (adjusted in the next order)
     

4. Situations Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Product color variation due to screen/lighting differences

  • Damage caused during local handling in buyer’s country

  • Improper storage or exposure to humidity

  • Goods unsold or slow market demand

  • Buyer changing preference after production
     

5. Quality Check & Inspection

Before shipment:

  • All goods undergo internal quality inspection

  • Container loading pictures and videos are shared with the buyer

Buyers may also request:

  • Third-party inspection (SGS / Intertek / buyer-appointed agency)
    Inspection cost is borne by the buyer.

     

6. Transit Damage

If goods are damaged or lost during shipping:

  • Claims must be filed with the shipping line or insurance provider

  • Marshal Industry will assist by providing necessary documentation

Responsibility during transit depends on Incoterms (FOB / CIF).
 

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter mutually.
If resolution is not possible, the matter will be handled under the laws of Pakistan, in accordance with international trade practices.
