1. Business Nature
Marshal Industry is a manufacturer and exporter of houseware, kitchenware, and home utility products. We supply goods to importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and trading companies worldwide.
We do not offer retail or small-quantity sales. All orders are processed in commercial bulk quantities.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
The minimum order quantity for exports is 1 x 40’ High Cube Container (mixed items are allowed).
For trial orders, smaller quantities may be discussed based on product selection.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted based on:

FOB Karachi or CIF Destination Port (as mutually agreed)

Exchange rates and raw material costs at the time of quotation
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to:

Fluctuation in raw material cost

Currency exchange variation
-
Shipping & freight charges
4. Customization & Branding (OEM / Private Label)
We provide:

Custom logos
-
Custom colors
-
Custom packaging
-
Private label / OEM manufacturing
Additional charges may apply depending on design and quantity.
5. Samples
Samples can be provided upon request.

Sample charges and shipping costs must be paid in advance.

Sample charges may be refunded on confirmed bulk order.
6. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:

Product list and specifications are finalized
-
Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued

Advance payment is received
7. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms:

50% advance to start production
-
50% balance before shipment or against Bill of Lading (BL)
Other payment methods:
-
LC at sight (for approved buyers)
-
TT / Bank Transfer
No credit or post-shipment payment is offered.
8. Production & Delivery Time
Typical production & delivery time:

25–45 days, depending on order size and product type
Delivery timelines may vary due to:

Raw material availability
-
Shipping line scheduling
-
Customs or port delays
Marshal Industry is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs authorities.
9. Quality Assurance
All products are inspected before packing and shipment.
Clients may request:

Video inspection
-
Third-party inspection (SGS / Intertek / Buyer-appointed agency)
Inspection cost, if external, is borne by the buyer.
10. Packaging
Standard packaging is included in pricing.
Custom packaging is available upon request at additional cost.
11. Shipping
We arrange shipping through reliable freight forwarders.
Once goods are handed over to the shipping line and the Bill of Lading is issued, the responsibility is transferred to the buyer as per agreed Incoterms.
12. Claims & Returns

Claims regarding product quality must be raised within 7 days of receiving goods.

Photo or video evidence is required.

Returns are accepted only in case of proven manufacturing defect.

Change of market demand

Improper local handling

Storage damage

13. Governing Law
All transactions are governed by the laws of Pakistan and applicable international trade regulations (Incoterms).
