Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Terms

All shipments are processed according to Incoterms agreed at the time of order:

  • FOB Karachi

  • CIF Destination Port

The shipping term will be clearly mentioned in the Proforma Invoice (PI) and Commercial Invoice.

2. Shipping Methods

We export goods by:

  • Sea Freight (Primary method)

  • Air Freight (only for urgent sample delivery)

Please note: We do not offer door-to-door courier delivery for bulk orders.

3. Container Loading & Packing

  • Goods are packed in export-grade packaging.

  • Wooden pallets, custom cartons, or custom packaging are available upon request.

  • Loading pictures and container stuffing videos are provided to the buyer before shipment.

4. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time depends on destination:

Australia25–45 Days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to:

  • Port congestion

  • Weather conditions

  • Shipping line scheduling

  • Customs delays

5. Freight Charges

If the order is CIF, the freight cost is included in the pricing.
If the order is FOB, the buyer is responsible for arranging freight and insurance.

6. Documents Provided

We provide all necessary export documents:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Bill of Lading (BL)

  • Certificate of Origin (if required)

  • B/L copy & tracking number

Additional documents can be provided upon request (at extra cost), such as:

  • SGS / Intertek Inspection Certificate

  • Health or Quality Certificates

7. Responsibility Transfer

Once goods are handed over to the shipping line and the Bill of Lading is issued:

  • Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer as per agreed Incoterms.

Marshal Industry is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping lines

  • Port handling delays

  • Customs inspections or storage charges

  • Local transport or delivery delays in the buyer’s country

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If goods are damaged or lost during transit, claims must be made directly with the shipping insurance provider or the shipping line, according to the shipping term (FOB / CIF).

We provide all necessary documentation to assist in claim processing.
